Quality Assessment
Nisshin Yoki maintains a high level reuse system that produces a high level of quality and stability using thorough quality management. This is also shown by the acquisition of the industry first quality management ISO9001 certification.
Nisshin Yoki conducts various inspections and measurements in order to maintain this high level of quality.
An outline of these inspections is provided here.
Measurement of waste amounts
Open head drums
Produces less than 0.5mg by thoroughly reducing the amount of waste
Closed head drums
Maintains less than NAS class 1 by ensuring the level of cleanliness
Definition of "NAS class"
Classes of particle ratios for 100cc shown in collected samples.
NAS class comprise of 14 levels of particle ratios from 00, 0, 1, to 12 and constantly Nisshin Yoki maintains a level of less than 1.
Collected and measured waste in a clean room
Fine particle waste is collected from products taken from each lot of open head drums waiting for shipment using a 400 hole mesh net cleaner in a special cordoned off clean room.
We continuously maintain a high level reuse system by ensuring a level that greatly exceeds the expectations of customers at less than 0.5mg per drum can using a special electronic scale to strictly measure these drum cans.
Splash Measures
Although Nisshin Yoki constantly maintains a clean environment in its plants, we conduct periodical inspections each year in order to raise the level of container completeness during the recycling process.
We call this "Splash Text"
We want to provide the highest quality of recycled containers by paying attention from start to finish within the plant.
And we conduct inspections in this manner.
Splash Test Procedures
Investigate all areas in the plant, including products, and investigate whether or not there are any substances such as silicon that cause splashes.
Apply paint to special ply board as a sample on the product side
Collected substances are splashed on paint sample and we check whether the substance causes the paint to splash..
After checking whether the paint splashes, we dry the substance and check.
